Proverbs 8:1 Listens as wisdom calls out! Hear as understanding raises her voice! (NLT)
Long ago I realized that there are two sides to every coin. That the devil will always take that which you struggle with the most and continually place it right in front of you during times that you are most vulnerable. Situations that we typically fail at being Christ-Like they will continue to pop up and cause you turmoil in your life until you decide that enough is enough.
Romans 15:13 I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.
In my own life situational morality has been a confusing journey. How can at one moment I be so obviously aware of the clear cut moral choice to make than one moment later at a complete moral failure. The author of confusion is at work 24/7 to confuse us, to provoke us into sin. To bait us to doubt and question that which we already know as truth.
Proverbs 8:17 I love those who Love me, and those who seek diligently find me.
When you realize that God is as real as you and I, as real as the oxygen that we all breathe. That we must diligently seek him with the goal of finding him. Everything is a test, everything is an opportunity to grow closer to God, or take one step further away. I have heard it said that if we take one step toward God he will take two steps toward us. In all things we must realize that God is the central focus of every moment, of every thought, and each situation we face. To allow God glory for our struggles, and are victories each the same. To remember in the midst of our worst days that we were created in the image of God, that somewhere down deep there is this perfect representation of who we were created to be begging to come out.
Matthew 6:9 Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. 10: Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11: Give us this day our daily bread, 12: and forgive us our debts, as we have forgiven our debtors. 13: And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
