Lord, today as I search deep within the places that seem to continue to cause me turmoil in my life, I ask that you give me insight into the mind of Christ and allow for me to be clothed in humility.
Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with the humble is wisdom. 3: The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them. Lord, as I pray I ask that you continue to reveal inside of me the image of you that I was created in. I pray Father that all things I do, I do unto you. I pray that my thoughts, my words, and my actions all honor you. Proverbs 11:19 Godly people find life; evil people find death. 20: The Lord detest people with crooked hearts, but he delights in those with integrity. Father I know that your perfect will is the plan for my life, I know that even though circumstances in my life are not perfect that does not mean that your perfect will is not still your plan for my life. Proverbs 11:27 Whoever diligently seeks good seeks favor, but evil comes to him who searches for it. 30: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and whoever captures souls is wise. 31: If the righteous is repaid on earth, how much more the wicked and the sinner.
God, your are good, and true. You are a good father, I love you and am very thankful that you cared enough for me to rescue me from darkness.
My daily Proverbs prayers have taken me in a unique direction of discovering Gods beautiful plan to establish a relationship with his children. Just as unique as you and I are from each other God has this magnificent prayer language that he has designed as a means of communication between you and him. Discovering that means of communication takes the same kinds of energy and effort that building a relationship with a new friend takes. Spending time with them, learning there likes and dislikes learning what makes them tick. How they think and there personality. God desires that we his children engage with him with more enthusiasm than any other relationship in our lives. Seek Ye first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you.
Revelation 3:7 Write this letter to the angel of the church in Philadelphia. This is message from the one who has the Key of David. What he opens, no one can close; and what he closes no one can open.*
