Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son Of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
This challenging place that I am caught in when I am forced to take daily inventory of myself. To admit that I am still weak, that the Joy of the Lord is my strength. This journey to the cross has been something that you hear about in the movies, not to glamorize the craziness I lived. The truth is that my testimony proves that there is a God. That God actually did have a plan all along. Being in the wilderness is how I characterize this time and place in my life. I now realize that the spirit has led me into this season of being in the wilderness. This season of being tempted and tested, has been uniquely designed and engineered by God himself. For God will never give you more than you can handle. If you are facing a struggle or trial it is because God has equipped you properly to overcome it. The only reason you do not overcome your struggles or trials is that you choose to fight on your own strength and not use the Word of God to overcome that which you face. Be prepared in and out of season is something that is continually being downloaded into my spirit, this feeling of preparedness. The battles and test that I face today are enough for the day, which also means that I must continue to feed my spirit the word of God to ensure that I am filled up properly to overcome any test that comes my way.
Mark 4:21 And he said to them, “Is a lamp brought in to be put under a basket, or under a bed and not on a stand?
Psalm 36:5 Commit your way to the Lord, trust in him, and he will act.
Lord, I am believing that you have a plan for me, a plan for greatness in your name. That there would be no mountain that I approach that cannot be conquered. That I would be unique in your sight Father that you would protect and honor your child. With faith like a child that I could continue to strive on in your grace regardless of what lies ahead. You are my King, my Messiah. To you all praise and Glory. Thank you for all you have done in my life. -Amen
