Matthew 12:33 Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad, for the tree is known by its fruit.
We may fool man, but we can not fool God. He knows us he judges us as we are really are. Have you become a professional at playing the role? Playing the part, putting on the right act when the time calls for? God always knows. Their will be a season and time that you will have everyone fooled or there will be a season that you become the fool for the sake of the gospel.
The raw truth is, His love changes everything. If you are sitting with portions of your life unchanged. My conclusion is you are holding onto your own pain or pride instead of his love. His Love is perfect beyond our five senses, that kind of perfect.
Proverbs 29:1 “He who is often reproved, yet stiffens his neck, will suddenly be broken beyond healing.”
We have a God that loves us so intensely; he places in our lives the correction and direction we require to maintain His will for our lives. Can we ignore this correction and direction? Yes this is done at the risk of hardening of your heart. Ignoring the correction and direction in our lives will push the small still voice of God further and further away.
Your wilderness moment can be a time of learning to trust God and listening for his voice in everything you do. If we reject and refuse to be molded by his hands of correction, we will eventually be left to suffer consequences instead of resting in His Love. God will know his judgement is according to his truth. He judges the secrets of men. He sees the evil treasure in your heart. Evil treasure is what you choose to keep in spite of knowing His love, in spite of your road to Damascus. His Grace. His truth is overwhelming. His light dispels all darkness for darkness has no place with light. darkness must be invited back in.
Luke 6:45 The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of the evil treasure of his heart produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
